What is the turnaround time?
Once we have received your payment, your proof will be sent to you within 5 working days for approval. Once approved, we will make it and message you immediately for pick up or send it out in the mail.
Apparel is ordered every Monday for the entire week, so we can fulfill orders by Friday. Ensure your order is made by Sunday at midnight to receive it the following week.
All Vaudreuil pick ups are driven out to Vaudreuil at the end of the week for pick up.
You can text Lara @ 514-757-9677 to arrange a pick up time. We are very flexible.
Should you require your order my a special date, please write it to us in the notes section in the comments to give us a heads up!!
Custom orders
Always take a little longer than premed templates. We will send a preview fo the design, please review it carefully and let us know if you need any changes.
Can I send you my original artwork?
Yes. You can bring your original artwork!
For graphic apparel, we need .ai or .eps vector files. The graphics should be too complex. When pressing vinyl, every colouir must be solid (no gradients) and) is pressed separately, also we have to be careful of intricate designs as there may be additional charges for the time.
For sublimated apparel (only pressed on 100% light-coloured polyester), we can use any image from a photograph on your phone to a multi-coloured cartoon. This process is recommended for designs with more than three colours. Although please take note that small images from your phone or Facebook often have low resolution and we are unable to enlarge them properly. To ensure a clean beautiful image please send us higher resolution images.
Can I bring my own apparel?
Yes. You can bring your own apparel, although we do not accept any responsibility for mis-pressed items as we are human and errs occur! There is a discount when you bring you own apparel. We strongly recommend cotton, polyester or a blend - otherwise the fabric may burn.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes, if you are ordering a custom order we will always provide a proof for your approval.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, if you are ordering ten items with the same print or more there is a discount. Typically, the more you order the deeper the discount.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We make everything on demand especially for you, so unfortunately unless the item is defective we do no accept any exchanges or refunds. Please check the sizing before ordering to ensure a proper fit.
Washing instructions
We pride ourselves on using high-quality products. You are able to machine wash and dry our garments, but like anything the gentler you are the longer they last. I am a mom of two kids and beat our clothes and unless there is a defect in the press, it always stands up! Please NO IRON.
